The ocean calms the restless soul

With meehrraum-coaching I offer you time and space to pause; find out where you stand right now. What is already good? What do you want more of? What do you want to change? What calms your restless soul?

Change your perspective

Most things have at least two sides. Decide for yourself with which perspective you want to look at yourself and your situation.

Reinvent yourself

We are never “done” with our personal development. We gain experience, learn, develop. And sometimes it is really liberating to redefine ourselves.

Discover your horizons

Which dreams and wishes awaken a longing in you? What question have you not asked yourself for far too long? Life is an adventure; take your own path.

You are imperfect, permanently and inevitably flawed. And you are beautiful.
– Amy Bloom

Women’s bodies

Our bodies are something wonderful; they carry us through our lives, they allow us to be creative, they let us feel the “wild” life! It’s amazing how many of us still don’t like our bodies very much … and that seems to be surprisingly independent of our age. It is worth taking a closer look at our relationship with our own bodies …

The sea as role model

“The sea is not the answer, but you forget every question there.”
Nothing relaxes me more than a long walk by the sea – the endless expanse, the view of the horizon, the constant repetition of the coming and going of the waves. For me, that is the rhythm of our lives.

Self-confident

Coco Chanel said, “Beauty begins the moment you decide to be yourself.” But who are you? Sometimes we ask ourselves that. And sometimes we completely forget in all our daily hustle and bustle – while trying to be perfect wives, daughters, mothers, sisters, friends and lovers. A little more space for us, makes us aware of our self again …

The most beautiful thing you can wear is confidence.
– Blake Lively

Claudia finds exactly the right words that enable me to seek out new perspectives and find my solution.

LISA MORGNER
Claudia has a unique way of asking questions that help me to think more consciously and expansively. This enables me to see other options for action and to free myself from a stuck state. I thank her for the enriching conversations.

Let’s find some more space for yourself

For some issues, especially if they have been bothering us for a long time, we need creativity and leisure to be able to look at them anew and change them.
Coaching helps with this – by simply listening, asking questions and creating space.
