Where do you stand ?

An essential part of our lives is that we are constantly rediscovering and reinventing ourselves. Our environment is constantly changing, and not only because we live in times of digitalization and social change. We are constantly finding suitable behaviors to match. We grow with our abilities and, along with our values, discover the many aspects of our identity.

Reconstruct your own adventure

We ourselves bear the responsibility for this growth. Sometimes we succeed more easily, sometimes we find it more difficult. We then recognise only this one possible path, only this one possible way of looking at things and automatically block out everything else. How can we emerge from these frozen moments and see further and deeper again? How can we illuminate the blind spots and blind corners? How do we adopt alternative perspectives?

From my point of view, this essentially works in dialogue with other people. We need people who think differently to enrich our thinking, broaden our perspectives and help us sort out our own mental clutter. In the dialogue of difference, we come up with new ideas and construct our own history anew.

Different is just another form of right

I offer you this dialogue. I see myself first and foremost as a listener and “space provider”. I accompany people by asking questions and offering changes of perspective. I hold mental threads so that you can untangle your own inner knots. The diversity of the world is particularly important to me. Maybe we are different from others in parts, but different is also just another form of right.

I listen to your story, recognise structures and patterns and offer them in a supportive way to uncover solutions. In doing so, I assume that you, as my counterpart, always already know the solution to your issue and, in any case, know best internally which path can be the right one for you. In a figurative sense, I point the torch in unlit areas to make alternatives visible.

Women’s bodies

Our bodies are something wonderful; they carry us through our lives, they allow us to be creative, they let us feel the “wild” life! It’s amazing how many of us still don’t like our bodies very much … and that seems to be surprisingly independent of our age. It is worth taking a closer look at our relationship with our own bodies …

Self-confident

Coco Chanel said, “Beauty begins the moment you decide to be yourself.” But who are you? Sometimes we ask ourselves that. And sometimes we completely forget in all our daily hustle and bustle – while trying to be perfect wives, daughters, mothers, sisters, friends and lovers. A little more space for us, makes us aware of our self again …

“Never be ashamed of how you feel. You have the right to feel any emotion you want, and do what makes you happy.”
