That’s me …
Claudia Frahm, born in 1969, the year Neil Armstrong became the first man to walk on the moon; grew up as the third of five children on the Baltic Sea in Schleswig-Holstein, in the land of horizons; came to North Rhine-Westphalia to study theatre, film and television studies and somehow still haven’t found my way back. 😉

Open
As a coach, I approach people and issues in an open and appreciative way. Instead of judging and condemning, I listen.
Respectfully
As a coach, I offer space to pause and reflect. I do this respectfully and with honest appreciation for my counterpart.
Committed
As a coach, I give “all in”; helpful and meaningful coaching requires dedication to the work we do together. I make a commitment to this.
Strengthen people’s self-worth
My thirst for knowledge and my great empathy for people are part of my motivation to work as a coach. At the same time, it is precisely my own, sometimes irrepressible need for freedom that makes it so easy for me to give my counterpart the space and freedom for their own issues.
I am curious about people, about their experiences and about their views of the world.
I am good at recognising structures and patterns and have an open heart for people’s rough edges. My high expectations and demands on myself and my work are the motor and energy for my actions. I give everything when I am convinced of something and when I have decided to do it voluntarily. Then I can also grow beyond my own limits with a lot of enthusiasm and passion.
Driven by values
Openness, courage, respect, focus and commitment, these five values are the cornerstones of my way of working; I respectfully consider what my counterpart entrusts to me. Regardless of what is revealed, I am sincerely convinced that each person always makes the best possible choice for him or her, in the given situation, with the knowledge available to them and their own individual skills.
